Welcome to No Fees Gym

No Fees Gym is wherever you are. At home, on holidays, camping, working, living or travelling on a boat, etc.

Refer to the Exercise Tips page for a summary of our recommendations and exercises suggested and included in our videos. We have useful exercises you can do at home whilst all gyms are closed due to COVID-19. Read about how AND do a Triathlon in your room. Yes – No bicycle! No pool! No road! Yes – Just in your room! Finally, our wishes for you are to stay healthy, be cautious and remain free from Covid-19.

Use No Fees Gym to stay healthy and enjoy life!

Yes, for children and adults of all ages (1 to 122 years)

Remember, well exercised and thus healthy children are more likely to be happier. 🙂

There is no financial gain for the No Fees Gym team but we benefit in the knowledge that this information has assisted you and that your donation is reducing poverty and homelessness around our seemingly wealthy world.

Our goal is helping you to enjoy a healthy life by:

  • suggesting exercises that will help you stay healthier.
  • suggesting how to control your food intake and enjoy each bite or sip
  • increasing your savings to enjoy in good health
  • asking you to share some of your savings to:
    • to help people who are homeless
    • to educate young children/ people so they can avoid poverty and homelessness and
    • to support research for resolving current health issues including obesity & Diabetes, to name a few.

No Fees Gym is Free because:

  • You are in control
  • You are using your own space
  • You are using your own equipment, if any

Benefits if you use No Fees Gym include:

  • Your health & weight will improve by following some or all our advise
  • You will save on gym fees, equipment and other sugary items and
  • You will be healthy, have more savings to enjoy and poverty & homelessness will be reduced. WOW!

Finally…

If you trusted our information and improved your health as well as making savings, then we trust that you will donate a little to the associations listed or one of your choice. Your donation of some of your savings will help educate youths and others to avoid poverty and homelessness. Part will be used to supply food and clothing to various projects supporting poverty and homelessness.

In a nutshell…

For Daily Good Health,

**YOU DON’T NEED Alcohol, Illicit drugs or tobacco.
**YOU DON’T NEED Fad diets or constant visits to a gym.
**YOU DON’T NEED Sugary drinks or Added sugar in your meals or drinks, But

*YOU NEED Daily good care of your body, if in doubt, see the DON’Ts above and visit your Doctor.
*YOU NEED to work for income and activity, unless your at school, caring for a family or retired.
*YOU NEED a realistic target weight subject to your body frame and age.
*YOU NEED 3 well portion controlled healthy meals daily at consistent times, and Yes, you can have 2 light snacks of fruit or carrot sticks or nuts or other fresh vegetables at consistent times. Yes, you can have a thin slice of cake to celebrate a birthday (but not every hour)
*YOU NEED Water throughout the day, to avoid dehydration. 1.5 litres a day minimum.
*YOU NEED daily exercise to assist with bone strength and movements.
*YOU NEED to contribute to your community by donating money or goods and volunteering.

YES! that’s all you need for DAILY Good Health.

I saw a man smoking whilst standing outside his car in the work car park. I asked why are you still here?
He said “ I would never smoke inside my car !! I asked, Is your car more important than your lungs?
He thought for a few seconds and Laughed!! I hope he changed his ways.

For your consideration: Would you add water to your vehicles fuel be it Petrol, Diesel or Gas?

if your answer is NO. Then why would you put illicit drugs, alcohol, cigarette smoke or added sugars inside your “original perfect body”.

Final note:
If your target is club sports or the Olympics , do the above plus much more practice. Good luck! 🙂
